Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These terms are a binding contract between you and Aurelios Group LTD. They explain how Repicto works, what you can and cannot do with it, how payments and renewals work, and what to expect if something goes wrong. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Summary of key points
- 18 and over: you must be 18 or older to use Repicto.
- Your photos stay yours. Training selfies must show only you. Never train a model of anyone else, and only edit the faces of people who have given you permission.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and we charge your payment method each time, until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- 14-day right to cancel: if you are a UK or EU consumer, you lose it once your personal model and edited results have been fully supplied. See section 10.
- Before you dispute a charge, contact us at support@repicto.com. Most problems are solved quickly.
1. Who we are and these terms
Repicto is a web app at repicto.com. It is run by Aurelios Group LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "Repicto", "we" and "us" mean Aurelios Group LTD, and "you" means the person using the service.
By creating an account or using Repicto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Repicto. Together, these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy make up the whole agreement between you and us.
2. What Repicto does
You upload several selfies. We use them to train a personal AI model of your face. We then use that model to fix faces in photos you choose, for example to open closed eyes or soften an expression. The rest of the photo stays as it was.
Results are generated by AI. They may contain mistakes, they may not be a perfect likeness of you, and we do not guarantee any particular result. Before you buy, you can see a free watermarked preview, so you can judge the quality for yourself.
We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 or older. When you sign up, you confirm that you are.
- Each account is for one person. You may not share an account, sell it, or let someone else use it.
- You can sign in with an email code or with Google.
- You are responsible for keeping your email address and sign-in methods secure, and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us straight away at support@repicto.com if you think someone else has used it.
4. Your photos and consent
Please read this section carefully. It is the most important rule for using Repicto.
- Training selfies must show only you. Training a model of any other person is forbidden.
- Photos you want to fix. You must own the photo or have the rights to use it. You must also have permission from every person whose face you edit.
- Biometric processing needs your separate consent. Processing face data requires your explicit consent, which we ask for separately and record. What we do with that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep ownership of your photos and of the results. To let us provide the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and process your photos and results. We use them only to provide the service to you. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to the deletion times in our Privacy Policy.
We never use your photos or face data to train or improve our general AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Repicto to:
- impersonate someone, deceive anyone, or commit fraud;
- make fake IDs or documents;
- create sexual or nude content;
- create any image of a person under 18;
- harass, bully, defame or threaten anyone, or promote hate;
- create political or election disinformation, or present edited results as unedited evidence;
- edit someone's face without their consent;
- do anything illegal or infringe the rights of others;
- reverse-engineer, scrape or access the service automatically, bypass limits, or remove the watermark from a preview;
- attack, disrupt or overload the service.
If you break these rules, we may block requests, remove content, and suspend or close your account. We may also report illegal content to the authorities.
6. Plans, payment and automatic renewal
Repicto is sold as subscription plans, billed weekly, monthly or annually. You pay the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes that apply. Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see your full card details.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect. We charge your payment method at the start of each new period, until you cancel.
The table below shows what happens in common situations.
| If this happens | What happens |
|---|---|
| You do nothing | Your subscription renews at the end of the period, at the price then in effect, and we charge your payment method. |
| You cancel before the next renewal | No further renewal charge is made. Your access and credits remain until the end of the period you have already paid for. |
| You delete your account while a subscription is active | Deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing. Cancel first, or ask support to cancel it for you. |
| We announce a new price | We email you before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before it applies. |
7. Credits and failed edits
- Each plan includes a number of edits, called credits. The number is shown at checkout.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing period. They do not roll over to the next period.
- Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- If an edit fails, we retry it once. You are not charged for a failed edit.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account, in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access and credits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you want to delete your account, cancel your subscription first, or ask us to cancel it for you at support@repicto.com. See section 19.
9. Price changes
We may change our prices. If we do, we will email you before the new price applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before it applies.
10. Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you would normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service after you buy it. This right works differently for Repicto, because the service starts straight away.
By accepting these terms and starting to use Repicto, you expressly ask us to start providing the service immediately. You also acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the digital content has been fully supplied. For Repicto, that content is your personal model and your edited results.
If you cancel after the service has only been partly supplied, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the part you have already received.
We confirm this waiver in the purchase confirmation email we send you.
Nothing in this section affects your other statutory consumer rights, for example if the service is faulty.
11. Refunds
Results are delivered digitally as soon as they are generated. Because you see a free preview of your result before you pay, refunds are limited. Outside the legal rights described in section 10, you can ask for a refund of your first payment within 7 days if you have used less than 10% of your plan's edits (for annual plans, 10% of one month's edits). Renewals and unused parts of a period are not refunded, so cancel before your renewal date. If a training or edit fails because of a problem on our side, we give the edits back instead of a money refund. Refunds are handled only by email at support@repicto.com. Our Refund Policy has the full rules.
Your statutory consumer rights, for example if the service is faulty, are not affected.
12. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at support@repicto.com. Most problems are solved quickly.
- If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open.
- We may contest a dispute. To do so, we give our payment processor and the card networks records of the purchase, the terms you accepted, and how you used the service. That includes the previews you saw, the edits you made, and the results you viewed and downloaded.
- A lost or abusive chargeback for a service that was delivered and used may lead to your account being closed and to future purchases being refused.
- Credits granted by a payment that is refunded or disputed are taken back.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Repicto running, but the service may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times.
We may add, change or remove features, as described in section 2.
14. Intellectual property
The Repicto app, the website, our brand, our software and our AI models belong to Aurelios Group LTD or its licensors. The only exception is your own photos, selfies, results and personal face model data, which section 4 covers.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service in line with these terms. You may not copy, sell or sublicense any part of it.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.
15. Third-party services
Signing in with Google or Apple, and paying through our payment processor, are subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for those providers' services.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Repicto is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that results will be accurate, a perfect likeness, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under law, including your statutory consumer rights.
17. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This includes loss of profits, data or reputation.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. This includes your statutory consumer rights.
18. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the results.
To the extent the law allows, you will cover our losses from any claim by a person whose photos you uploaded without their permission. You will also cover our losses from any breach of section 5, Acceptable use.
19. Ending and deleting your account
You can stop using Repicto at any time. To delete your account, email us at support@repicto.com. Before you do, please cancel any active subscription, as explained in section 8.
We may suspend or end your access for a breach of these terms, for fraud, for abuse, or for legal reasons. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you in advance. What happens to your data after your account ends is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should continue after the end of these terms do so. This includes intellectual property, liability and disputes.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will email account holders before the changes take effect.
If you keep using Repicto after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree to them, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account instead.
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer living in the EU, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the mandatory protections of your local law. You can also bring a claim in the courts of your local area.
Before going to court, please try to resolve any complaint with us informally first, by emailing support@repicto.com.
22. General terms
- Entire agreement: these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Repicto.
- Severability: if a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- Transfer by us: we may transfer these terms to a successor, for example in a sale of the business. This will not reduce your rights.
- Transfer by you: you may not transfer these terms or your account to anyone else.
- Third-party rights: no one other than you and us has any rights under these terms, under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- Notices: we send notices to you by email.
